GRAND MASTER LEE

 

Master J.K. Lee born in South Korea began practicing Tae Kwon Do in 1976 and continued as a Tae Kwon Do major through High School, later adding a Hap Ki Do major. Master Lee attended the prestigious Yong In University in South Korea specializing in Combat Arts (Hap Ki Do, Kum Do, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing & Wrestling) and was a member of the skilled Korean Tigers Demonstration Team. During his college years at Yong In University, Master Lee visited the U.S. seven times with the Korean Tigers performing demonstrations at World Class and International events between 1989-1992. His first visit was a demonstration for the Tae Kwon Do U.S. Open at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

In 1993 Master Lee moved to the U.S. to teach Tae Kwon Do in Chicago where he spent almost 20 years instructing in Martial Arts before coming to teach at Yong In Martial Arts Academy in Nashville, TN.
